BFM, Clifton, TX

My first impression of Germany was different they what I expected. Of course it was beautiful but the people have no patience. If your in the way of a biker, he will run you over. From what I have experienced they really don't like travellers. But over all I knew it would be a great experience.

MP Buffalo, TX

Basecamp rocked, the flight was good ass well as the bus ride as we made our way into Koln. Im doing great just a little tired. After arriving in Koln we walked around to get used to the area we will be in. Please be praying that we all will get rest tonight before we begin our journey tomorrow. Remember that God is good all the time. I love you all!

Today I walked into the unknown. We arrived in Germany around lunch time. It was so awesome seeing different people and their culture. We walked around the city and everywhere we went we always saw something unique and different. I want to ask ya'll to pray for the people here in Koln that they will open their eyes to God's love. Pray for each student that they won't be hesitant or anxious about the future but just that we trust in Him for everything. It is great!

Everyone is so quiet. They're very kind, just quiet. For most of the poeple here, Christiianity is just another religion. They don't really perceive it as being real.

BC Monohans TX

Pray for the many different cultures and their happiness because they all look so sad. Just pray for them to see how much Jesus loves them and how much they take for granted that fact. The city as a whole is very beautiful.

BW Lubbock, TX

Germany has a lot of history. Pray that I will be able to discover God's will for my life. It's so sad to see how so many churches are closed and are just museums now. Pray that as people go through these buildings that htey could discover that Christianity isn't a cold dead religion. It is sprinkled today and cooled off a lot afterwards. Pray that we can make an impact here.

SML-East Bernard, TX

What a long day! I think I got about 5 minutes of sleep on the plane and then 30 on the bus to the hostel. When we got to the hostel we got in groups to head out into the city. Each group had a summer intern with us to make sure we wouldn't get lost. The city is amazing and the few people we talked to today were friendly. I can't wait to go out into the city. But, right now all I want is sleep.

SMM-Wylie, TX

Wow! What an exciting last 2 days! I'm so happy to be here. Right now I'm suffering some crazy jet lag, but through God and his amazingly perfect ways I will be fine. We walked around the city today and I'm not going to lie it's one of the most beautiful cities I know of. I miss you guys and love you all. Please be in constant prayer for all 136 of us. We're ready to do some dirty work for God, so pray that this place is ready to experience it. I love you mom and dad.

BH, Onwasso, OK

Today, God allowed Ethan and I to see Mike again. I hope and pr that he would see the difference in my life and the lives of other Christians he comes into contact with. God let us speak to one man (I don't know his name) but I pr that he too saw a difference. The Lord is my rock and my salvation. Whom shall I fear...
